All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

7. Will the boat sail if it rains.
The NY Blues Cruise is a rain or shine event. If weather conditions appear unusually extreme, then there's the possibility of cancellation, however in our 9 years of sailings we have never had to cancel a cruise due to weather conditions.

8. Can I bring a camera and photograph the performers? Can I videotape the performers?
By all means bring your camera. You'll have a wonderful view as the boat cruises by the NY skyline and various NY landmarks and of course you'll want to get a few shots of your friends getting down to the music.
Permission to photograph/videotape the performers will vary with each act so we cannot guarantee you will be permitted to do so, however some of the performers have been known to ham it up when they see a camera pointed their way.

9. Can I buy the performers CD's and any other merchandise they may have on the boat?
Yes. Tower Records is the official retailer and will have a complete collection as well as some other blues classics for sale.

10. What kind of boat is it? Do the acts perform on an open deck or is it indoors?
It's a double-decker sightseeing ship. The acts perform on the top deck in a semi-open area. A roof overhead ensures that inclement weather will not disrupt the performance however nothing obstructs the view of the NY skyline during the performance.

11. What are the seating arrangements? I want to be able to see and hear the performers.
Seating is available usually directly in front of the performers and to the left and right, however seating arrangements will vary from act to act depending on performers preference, number of performers, music style, etc. Seating is limited! So arrive early if you want to guarantee yourself a seat.

12. Can I get up and dance with my friends?
Absolutely. Dance the night away.

13. Are there ladies and men's restrooms on board?
The restrooms are located in the center of the boat below deck. The ladies room is on the left and the men's room is on the right.

14. Is the boat handicap accessible?
It is accessible in a limited capacity. The staff will always find a way to help you to meet your needs. We've had many handicapped clients on board who have returned time and time again.

15. I'm concerned about the new smoking law in NYC. Can I smoke on board?
We have outdoor areas on the top deck in the front and rear of the boat where smoking is permitted - however we ask that you be courteous to those around you. Cigars and pipes are frowned upon.

16. I have more questions - how can I get additional information?
